  • Developed contracts to protect IP rights for a company to be floated in the United States for commercialisation of patents for trees and other plants for creation of carbon sinks
  • Acted for businesses alleging infringement of their trademarks, patents and copyright in a number of different industries ranging from furniture design, residential builders through to electronic sales data
  • Provided advice in a number of international mining ventures including some located in Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and China
  • Protecting IP in joint venture between Sugar Research Institute and the Queensland University of Technology, as well as contracts for an international training program for child psychologists, and software and computer maintenance contracts.
