Macrossans Lawyers has established systems in place for the efficient acquisition and sale of commercial properties including shopping centres, industrial property, hotel and leisure centres, retirement villages, aged care centres and golf courses.
On behalf of our clients we negotiate and document the acquisition and sale of properties, secure finance and advise on tax, stamp duty, rates and other charges.
Our experience

We have also negotiated and documented business leases and management agreements for these centres.
- Managed the conveyancing for the sale of apartments for Festival Towers, Southport Central and Charlotte Towers, involving several hundred purchasers, based nationally and internationally
- Acted in the purchase/sale of hotels at Southport, Gold Coast, Gladstone and Port Douglas
- Advising primary industry-based group for the $40 million purchase of land and water rights in Queensland and New South Wales, saving $500,000 in stamp duty
- Acting for associated companies in the break up of a privately operated pastoral empire, and the purchase of multi-million dollar rural properties in North Queensland and Esk.
