Experience

With more than 30 years experience, Paul advises clients in the agricultural, pharmacy, aged care, financial services, property development and management, and, manufacturing industries. These clients require advice on revenue law and structuring, estate planning and purchasing, managing and selling business ventures. 

Paul was instrumental in negotiating the $40 million purchase of land and water rights in Queensland and NSW and has acted for both banks and pharmacists advising in relation to loans to pharmacy groups and the security aspects including guarantees by public pharmaceutical companies.
