Experience

With more than 30 years experience, Paul practises commercial advice and structuring, revenue law, estate planning and managing business ventures for clients in the pharmacy, aged care, property development and manufacturing industries.

Paul was instrumental in negotiating the $40 million purchase of land and water rights in Queensland and NSW and has acted for both banks and pharmacists advising in relation to loans to pharmacy groups and the security aspects including guarantees by public pharmaceutical companies.

• Acting as principal solicitor for the Robina Land Corporation in relation to the establishment of the largest development of its type in Australia at that time

• Acting in the sale and purchase of industrial properties including transport terminals, warehouses, aircraft hangers and retail investments

• Advising on probate and estate administration, family provision applications, deceased estate disputes, family and charitable trusts and foundations and asset management and protection

• Dealing with superannuation issues including applications to the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal
